Prince Harry Fighting in Afghanistan?

As for Prince Harry not being treated any different to any other soldier, he's in the officer class, they've always been treated differently. They dont work their way up through the ranks they skip all that and march like tw*ts at Sandhurst posing as mummy and daddy look on with their ruddy posh faces.

Anybody can become an officer if they work hard enough and qualify for Sandhurst. Generally it's only wealthy foreigners that pay to send their children through Sandhurst and that's because it's seen as the best trainning establishment in the world.

For your information Harry was not treated differently at Sandhurst, the only concession that was made was when they were out running on the area a Police team followed him on runs in a Range Rover to keep the media at bay. He didn't ask for that it is organised by the establishment.

When you have trained for a task for months or even years in the forces you relish the oprtunity to carry out that task.

I respect that young man immensely for his attitude, it's the media that interefere and produce mis-leading and inappropriate headlines.

My brother is an officer in the Navy and he had to work very hard to get there, uni and then Dartmouth. Once they have passed out from Dartmouth They still have a huge amount of training, work to do. Curently he is on HMS Cambletown which replaced HMS Cornwall late last year.

I used to be in the academy alot as I whipped in to there Beagle pack, never saw Harry but i saw William train and spoke to him a couple of times when he came out hunting and he got treated the same as everybody else.

Exactly, a good friend of mine was in the PT corp and was responsible for Harry and William. We worked on the trainning area on a scrub contract during the winter Harry was trainning and saw him most days.

Good lads both of them :)

I feel Prince William put his men at risk by going to Afghanistan, he knows he's a big target for the taleban, but he put his own selfish interests before his men.

I dislike selfish people and he is one of them.

Prince William? You mean Prince harry...whatever..... he is given an order, he is an officer..... what credibility would it give him to have turned his back on his colleagues on such a tough mission, sure you would have been one of the first to wave a white feather at him had he done this.

Selfish would have been to let them go on a hazardous mission without him. Fine example of a man if you ask me.

Prince Harry is a rich kid with lazy money. I detest his kind.

Lets just leave it at that.

Whats the problem Benji? Jealous? Big chip on the shoulder? Penis envy?

I reckon he doing a tough job so leave him be.

Can't see you as an officer somehow so maybe you shouldn't be too judgemental of those who have made the grade.
