BJ has really moved along even more his striking and not being taken down are perfect,The kick to Diegos head split open were priceless.

Awesome mate, That cut on Sanchezs head was unreal, The biggest one i think ive seen so far, Frank mir was superb, Cant wait for Brock lesnar to get fit again, Hes a right animal!!

nice one ive been to a few the atmosphere is excellent.

 

BJ penn is the the best 155 out there i dont think anyone can stand in his way his grappling skills are off the hook and he does not even use them anymore!!!

the only fighter left would be gray maynard but i think he would get smashed standing, there is talk of koshchek dropping to 155 to fight penn that would be an interesting match as kosh has standing skills and the takedown pedigree to worry penn, lots of great fights outside the ufc for penn but they are all in japan signed to dream.

Mir was always gonna beat kongo as at some point the fight would go to the ground and kongo is a day one grappler compared to mir.

I know yeah, Congo stood up can be leathal, Take him down and its always game over for him though, He does need to improve on that side of things alot!!
