You might consider the Herder-Fermex SCT-410H is approx 31" but grinds deep and has a big sweep, here you find a review of it:

Although the machine looks interesting, the Youtube videos of it do not inspire...

It's compact nature would suit me, working out of a wee garage joined to my house yet it looks both slow and cumbersome especially tracking off road.

Hah, the videos were of the 31-110 and the very worst appears to have gone.

It showed the operator trying hard to control the machine as it tracked through a woodland, almost comical if it wasn't so 'dangerous'
