Hi @Steve Bullman I registered my tip site a few days ago but not showing yet... assume it takes a few days is that correct?

Also, what are peoples' experience of having a tip site - is it realistic to expect some drop-offs pretty quickly or is it going likely to take months? I know - how long is a piece of string, but useful for any experiences to be shared please.

Thanks, Rich.

Just approved your listing, running a bit behind sorry.

Regarding time scales, i've known people to be contacted the same day as adding their site, whilst others are still waiting 6 months later. Pretty random i'm afraid.

I'm trying to put my details in for a tip site, every time I put Hull in it tells me that I need to enter a City? Also, it's impossible to place the little man on my house. Why  can't we just give our exact address and personal details?

click on the map to set the pin. If you are getting an error message when submitting the form its likely you have missed out another required field somewhere, such as terms and conditions.

If you dont set the pin your site wont be findable on the search.

I've just registered a tip site, but when I went on to the directory to check, I noticed something odd.
My neighbour has a site, maybe 20m away (I saw this before mine was registered), and I can't zoom in on the map far enough to separate the two sites into clickable tags. It just shows a blue circle for both.

Map zoom is restricted for general users; members who have upgraded to professional membership get full zoom access. This is to combat fly tippers, undesirables, plus confused members of the public thinking they can collect wood chip and logs from the sites

Rest assured, the right people can see your site
