Hi

We need to try and identify belt part numbers mainly in order to help potential customers looking for spares, for example in the GreenMech parts lists it will just say “drive belts” so asking for people who have the machines to help us, so if you have an ARB150 GreenMech we’d love for you to get in touch and we’ll identify them easily and send you a free set of belts for helping us out

I would always advocate the use of original parts sourced from the original source. Buying Soares from your local dealer, whatever to make and model. Non original parts can void any warranty etc.

Fair play to you for trying to increase your business activities and good luck to you in the future.

Cheap is fine but just sometimes quality matters. Belts as you know vary  +/-3% on width, +/-3.5% on height, +/-3° on angle, a good bit on length and up to 10% in elasticity . Its really important to have matching belt sets on multigrove pulleys fitted to chippers and stump grinders , are you as a company prepared to select batches of belts in sets as OEM`s do to ensure they match and tension correctly ? Same with bearings, bearing shops are quite happy to supply ball races on size irrespective of whether the originals were a shallow or deep grove , you really do need to do some homework here if you want to supply and compete with the machine manufacturers .

Buy cheap buy twice is the saying.  In the case of machinery you risk causing other damage also.  For the sake of saving a few quid I would always go original

Hi Bob

by no means are we supplying cheap parts, I’ve been in the bearing industry for 27 years now and started Bearing King Ltd 11 years ago, only the best quality will be supplied, for example we’re distributors for PIX belts, these are OEM belts for all GreenMech machines and for bearings we’ll only supply SKF which are the worlds No1, we could supply what the chipper manufacturers supply re bearings which are KOYO manufacture in most cases,

cheap prices yes, cheap parts no

have a look at our website which will speak for itself www.bearing-king.co.uk

Maybe I wasn’t very clear on my original post, we just need help identifying some parts especially GreenMech as these parts are very limited

All we want to do is give you the customer an alternative parts source with a like for like if not better quality product at a competitive price
