Thanks to all that answered, i am now oiling them up.

 

Ido need some more help does any one know a link to a site for printing small cards on your own printer mrs Oakman wants me to put in small cards saying the wood, where it is from and who made it ect. By the way mrs oakman loved them so much she wanted four on Thursday yesterday it had gone up to six:lol:

50mm (2 inch) Dean?

 

I have a lovely piece of Oak I found which had been buried under a hedge for about 30 years, which will make lovely chopping boards with features. Might get me one of them there mills :001_smile:

All done three are olive oil and three bees wax there is no difference in look but bees wax has a silky feel thanks again guys.

 

If Mrs Oakman wants anymore i might have to hit her with one:lol:
