arb waste processor

can anybody point me in the right direction for a processor just for arb waste all wood will be ringed up im looking for something that will just push rings through a splitting head and onto a conveyor

I'm not sure of your setup so this may be overkill - with the conveyor approx 45K.

45! I've been tempted by one of those for years, thank you for curing that.

Look into the fuelwood splitta mate , I’m tempted by them as I get a lot of oversized stuff, you feed the rings in one end and it keeps chugging along automatically splitting the logs.

Another vote for Splitta from Fuelwood, we find it so quick and so unfussy it really makes us laugh, we have two of the older 360 models but they do take 400mm rings or 800 mm half rings, knotty stuff is no problem and the quality of the end product is superb, we do our bulk bags and log nets, also we have been selling loads of kindling nets this year which is a nice bonus as all this comes off one machine, before i had the woodcutta i used to ring everything with saw then feed through it’s been my favourite machine for the past 5 years and never ever let me down not even once [emoji106] if you do take the plunge you won’t be disappointed.

Why do you wish to ring everything up?

 

As you know ringing up takes an age and uses loads of fuel and effort / noise pollution.

 

Spend the money once if you have a full scale tree surgery operation and buy a decent pto or 3 phase processor that will take up to 480mm and you can drop 500mm rings into the splitting chamber or send along the infeed  conveyor.

 

I've seen many people chop and change with all different machines / configurations and finally come to the conclusion that they need a decent processor.
