my motivation is that eventually i want to own my own big tree company and do very high standard tree work and be the best in my area. and the fact im doing loads of really cr*p jobs atm doesnt matter cause my future will be easier

I'm motivated by the fact that I regulary go to work and think "wow I can't believe someones paying me to do this" After more than 10 years I still enjoy my job, especially the big trees. I'm also finding it more and more rewarding when guys I have trained from scratch are stepping up and doing well with the less straight forward stuff.

 

It might be hard work buts its never boring.
