Help identifying some trees

Hello all, 

 

I have some trees in my garden and would love to know what they are - have tried some of those apps without much luck, a gardener who came around recently couldn't help either!  

Listing them separately so that it doesn't get confusing between the pictures ... this is Tree 2

I agree though I'm not certain; they're not the best pics - no offence JenniferP.

 

If you look at cutting it research the effects of doing so first; it'll take a hard cut but the regrowth is oh so ugly.
