Which is the best cable bracing system?

I am installing a 'tethering system' as a back up to catch the limb if it were to fail. Any recomendations on system to use.

 

My thoughts is the 5% expansion Gefa, but I have never used it..

i like the gefa personally. its probbaly the easist to install. the whole system is dynamic so no "dildo's" to install either.

is there a link to the gefa system? cobra is very expensive here so always on te look out for alternatives

As to the if it needs bracing/fell debate. I am no fan of bracing but this is a prominant tree protected by a TPO in a school.

 

It is IMO worth keeping but I can not risk it squashing some school kids. I can't move the target so I'm going to make sure if it does fail it doesn't hit the deck. For several hundred quid a tethered system can be installed to provide a back up. The school has regular inspections so I don't have to worry about it being forgotton.
