No worries, F###ing knackered today I have 4 benches to make for the national trust for a place that opens in Easter they said if I can manage 2 for the opening day that would ace but if we can do the 4 we will get paid and I could totally do with the money , had to take it easy today bloody fell on my arse last night in the rain bloody crutches are crap in the rain was only going from my van to the back door so ankle is sore today hopefully no damage done, going to hop to the fridge (carlsberg refreshes the broken parts other beers just can’t reach)

It's great to see you about and doing a bit. Tempting though it is try not overdo it. Yes I agree, its bloody knackering alright, when you're unbalanced and not able to move knees/ankles as you normally would.
Crutches really are a liability for an active person, hope no real damage done.

Yeah it’s so odd walking with the iwalk my leg that’s bent still wants to move like it normally would and my ankle but they can’t it’s bloody odd , yeah bloody crutches especially in the wet my mate had warned me earlier about crutches in the wet , my ankle does ache today but not swollen so I don’t think any damage bloody hope not
