Used the larger sirius last week on a stein bollard, seemed to get a lot of twists and kinks in it, oyher than that good rope. My 16mm marlow does this as well PITA, but 19mm  samson double braid does not.

Just a gut feeling , but i think the American ropes are superior .

having said that , any rigging rope won’t last long after a hammering.

12 mm sirius is quite good and i would buy it again.

for thicker stuff maybe yale or samson .
