Hurricane broke the tree. It hung over the house. This crane allowed to lift a piece of not more than 200 kg in this position. But this is the only crane that could drive to this yard. The dimensions of the crane allowed him to do it.

This is the only crane in the city, which is so small that it could drive into the yard. However, the crane can not lift more than 200 kg in this position.
