If it is Lonicera it’s the biggest I’ve seen

i'd be interested in that box jon...
 
i'd also be interested in whatever that thing is in the original post. i'm sure that it's not box but don't know what it could be.


I’ll get some pics of the bits of branches I kept from them tomorrow mate and if you want a couple of bits your more than welcome, they may be a little to small for the wood database though.

Never heard of it but I see it's another name for crenata, which has a low-growing habit.

But... apparently Buxus have opposite leaves, Ilex alternate; this appears to have them alternate...
