I've been out of the woodland industry for the last 15 years, and now at 53yrs old, for some stupid reason I want to get my hands dirty again!

So regardless of cost what are the best type C trousers and ground boots on the market, in terms of lightness and general comfyness please?

Thanks in advance ;-)

Arbortec breathflex for me

Whatever you order make sure you can try them on properly first.  I really can't get on with the arbortecs, I find them too narrow...going up a size would just make them too big everywhere else.  Nothing wrong with the trousers, just the cut isn't for me.

their boots on the other hand I am very happy with

Husky technicals are good trousers, bit over priced if im being honest.Pfanners are really good aswell

Boots id say meindl woodwalkers are the best ground boots ive worn.

Hiax do some good boots aswell, had a pair some years back but cant remember what theyre called.

Best boots ive had are andrews cervino's but theyre more aimed at climbers id say.

Aye different strokes and all that, I found the pfanners too hot and restrictive, and yes arbortec boots are mega comfy
