 Is it a case of keeping up with the Clarkes, instead of the Jones's?

That and the fact I got to work this morning soaked and had to work for 4 hours wet and miserable. You would think I would have a pair of gloves to wear to work, I've got over 500 in stock and don't own a pair, somethings gone wrong somewhere along the line. :confused1:

I'm going to treat myself to a Stein jacket and a pair of gloves next week just because I can.:001_tt2:

good stuff justin, update, my Gill gloves work wise are good so far, the tippless thumb and forefinger are great for mobile phone operation and picking your nose, but i have just been out in the cold all wrapped up yapping to a fellow arber and my hands were freezing, i think its going to be difficult to get a hard wearing, cozy non restrictive glove, looking forward to the seal skinz:thumbup1:

thanks eve clark my seal skins gloves are due for their first trial tomorrow, so far the gill gloves have been excellent, but the no ends on the pointy finger and thumb are a bit of a pain, excuse the pun, when dealing with jaggies. And a big thank you to Larry for sending me wee prezzy of some leather gloves and 2 awesome pairs of socks, i have them on now mate. thank you so much:thumbup:

We get a work glove from dingbro stevie, they are called puggy, they're grey in colour, very light, quite warm and the best bit £1.20 a pair.they last about 5 days in all types of tree work,so when they're gone in the fingers jist chuck them an put on a new pair.Come in packs of 10.We've been using them for about 3 years now.:001_smile:
