Am around the Southeast Kev, but I do travel. Freedom of Info requests are a good pointy stick fr some of these cases and getting names on documents another. Any decent TO won't put their name to a dodgy planning app an quoting the usual planning acts usually shakes the LA up. In the end the department has to meet its obligations as the appalling Grenfell  fire is gonna prove. K
