Saturn have let me down a couple of times, fortunately I work in Sheffield regularly so have gone in and despite what was said on the phone they were their sat waiting for dispatch. Will be going elsewhere, as has been said great lads on the phone but lacking in all other regards.

Yeah, seem numerous posts on Facebook about them. Noone comes in to their defence. The shop seems a shambles too. I ordered a set of stein poles with a saw head for £70 odd and got sent the lopper head which is twice the price (not complaining!)
