Customer wants something done with European Larch and Cypress, but what?

I think having spoken to them again that they recently bought the property and want to put their stamp on it, have agreed some other work that needs doing, trees get to live a little longer:thumbup:

This was one of the trees they wanted 'altered'. Anyway talked them into leaving it alone and removed a horrible escalonia instead, bashed a few conifers that were getting too big for their space, and reduced a poplar.

Looks like it's been topped already ? Why not crown lift at least to keep them happy.
