Possibly starting our first ever grounds maintenance contract shortly...ive done tons of it before but am not up to date with mowers atm.

Looking for 2 walk behind mowers and a ride on what do you recommend? I like the look of the Kubota with high tip grass box, I dont want nothing cheap or crappy some thing that is robust and will take a bit of punishment.

for walk behind if feeling rich etesia and for sensible price kaaz

we run a x950r john deere collecter, non high tip but thats preference, it can do high tip and its great.

the kaaz mowers are sub 1000 and take a beating, genuine honda engines so they just go and go, turned up a lil after 50 hrs i find them cracking and tolerate odd stone, log edge etc

Yep. X7 series with attached collector or x9 series with build in low or high dump. Used both great. I have x748 with a high dump so good and x758 just for cut and run stuff.

Do you have to collect? What about a husqvarna P525 diesel rider. Choice of decks 132cm or offset 155cm. Excellent finish. Powered via a 3 cylinder Kubota with AWD and they are hand built in Sweden so the quality is also excellent. Hydraulic height adjustment if you want and you can also flip the deck for cleaning etc. If you can get away with mulching then there isn't a better rider for finish and speed. 58cm uncut circle it will go where a tractor can't! Ask for a demo as mine is fantastic!

Sites vary from.what I have seen , some collect some cut and drop. I was hoping to buy something that collects then at least we have the capability if necessary. Do the mulching decks just chop it up finer?
