I use sodium hypochloride witch is what farmers use to clean out the dairy parlours with also good for spraying on moss on paths and driveways, you can either add water to thin it out or neat for heavy staining. I tend to wet the area first then spray the chemical on leave a few minutes and you will see it start to lift up any dirt then power wash off , careful using it near flower beds and grass as it will burn it. Normally a 20ltrs is £9.99 from my local farm wholesalers

Agreed. I think that's what most people buy it for nowadays.
