Stihl BR600 Magnum Blower

My blower is peeing me off !! Starts up absolutely fine then dies after about 3-5 mins when gets hot/hottish ?...

 

How do I repair this ?

When it starts to die try cracking open the filler cap, if it cures it the the tank is in vacumn, due to the tank not venting via the tank breather.

As soon as it dies I pull it again and start straight away if this helps diagnose further

And dies straight away no splutter at all

Firstly, make sure the tappets are gapped correctly, almost all the issues I see with these 4T engines are tappet related. If it isn't this then it could be lack of compression, fuel or coil/coil gap also the advance/retard mechanisms play up!
