Has anyone used one of the Sherpa mini skidders? doesnt look like it has much beef as an Avant but I think it could fit most places, and as its lighter might not churn up lawns too much.

Having done some looking at small loaders 2 years ago and talked to a lot of people they are the same as Opico skidster small machine but wide for there size, you can get an avant narrower than them and lift a lot more.

I have one and it's a great little tool. It doesn't lift as much as some machines. But it lifts enough to overload a 3.5 truck in a few lifts!

Which one have you got and what spec is it.

Looking at going down this route at the moment and see that Sherpa and Cast both do a loader at only 76cm wide.

This would fit into most gardens that I work in but I was wondering how a small machine of that size would perform and whether anyone could share their experiences.

Thanks.
