Yeah two supports fixed to the uprights and fixed with hex head screw sleeper fixings. Plug the holes with some off cuts. Sometimes i might use tight bond 3 wood glue and on the thinner benches fix a centre support under seat. Make sure you get the distance right between the seat and the back as the first one i made they were to close together and found that your backside was perched on the edge of the seat so had to slide it forwards.
