Hello,

Probably the most common shredder over here.

Most of the general plant hire places rent them out as to landscape machinery suppliers.

They are very resistant to abuse although I find them loud and slow to use as normally their internals are well hammered by people feeding beams with nails and fence posts with URGH! through them...

I'd quite like one of the p.t.o versions for our wee tractor for hedge jobs.

One smaller diesel road-tow version is equipped with a toothed conveyor and a large single roller set in a high sided in-feed tray.

Tis a shredder from Salaen, a french manufacturer. They recently brought Tunnisen (TS) who are a German manufacturer of woodchippers.

Fletcher-Stewart were the importers of the TS range and rebadged them as QuikChip. They stopped about 5+ years ago as their own business model was changing to Stein.

At Cirencester, they were exhibited by PSD, part of the Gibson Ground care people in Lancashire I believe
