I've also just got three sets of the new 10S. The pair from the dual pack were paired in the factory so they paired instantly on the first outing but are a hassle to pair since then. The third set is a hassle to pair every time.

I've been talked through it by the chap at Treekit but as I'm the first person to buy the 10S it was a voyage of discovery.

Anyway, I must be missing something. The technology should be better, surely, as currently we have to attempt pairing many times and then it just happens, for no apparent reason.

Also, buggered if I can get it to pair with my iPhone 6!

Before you ask, Al, yes I have done exactly what you said AND followed the online manual. (Thanks for your help BTW).

Thanks Paul. However it made no sense to me, cos I'm a tech retard.

But, I've since watched two more tutorials, which could have been in Mandarin.

Anyway, I've cracked it and I'm now the Sena guru but don't worry, I'll remain modest.

I'll say one thing though, these 10S appear much easier than the SMH10.
