Just acuired a Stihl 076 for milling. Does anyone know anything about them. cc? when they were made? and are the parts still readily availble?Tried to order a:thumbdownn exaust gasket earlier today but i live in Spain and Stihl Spain have the whole of August off!:thumbdown:

beast! about 111cc, parts shouldnt be an issue get a parts list and shop manual of ebay so you can just tell the dealer the parts numbers you need (its easier)

 

the MS 076 is still made by stihl and available in mexico http://www.stihl.com.mx/stihl-mx/index.php where you can also still get the 070, ideal when you have lots of rainforest to clear!

 

I have some parts on back order from stihl and they are taking about 2weeks to get here, i wonder if the factory has a close down period?

Dont think its an AV model. Not sure if factory shuts down for August or not but i know the Stihl HQ in Madrid does which is a pain in the !#*$ when I want to go out and play! Do they do a 20" .404 bar to fit the 076,She would really rip through then on some smaller walnut ive laid my hands on.
