Anyone used this insurance company?performace direct?

Just wanted to know if anyone has used this company for PL and EL insurance and what you think of them?

There genreal business insurance dealing witha little bit of arb.

 

They cant seem to sort out a direct debit and keep sending me letters that my policy is cancelled!i wrung them early tonight and spoke to John Smith (yes i know) the finnace manger and complained. Hopefully get it sorted tommorrow!better do or im going elsewere:mad1:

Not being funny, and certainly dont answer if you dont wish to, but is your credit rating ok? This may be a reason to refuse DD payments.
