Every year we offer work experience for the three month ND boys and the week long school lads.

Sometimes this can be more hassle than it's worth, especially if the oportunity ends up in the wrong hands.

Last week however, we accomodated a lad from a local school, he showed great aptitude and enthusiasm.

Gives me a lift to see young people with direction and eagerness to learn.

He's gonna go back and wow the ladies with his new found Fungi knowledge :001_tongue:

excellent monkeyd...very nice to see that.:001_cool:

The boss was just saying last week that out of 40/50 lads he has had through various firms he worked for plus his own business, only 4 or 5 made it as a climber.

W/E should be implemented alot more into a students life.
