  1. Hi all, I'm looking for forestry work, training, or any role that's more specialised from my current grounds maintenance experience. Which consists of 6 years operating cyclindar, rotary, pedestrian mowers, industrial strimmers & cutters, spraying (unlicenced & supervised), pitch marking, and all general maintenance duties. Handled business estates, schools, parks, roadside hedge rows, flower beds, grass fields, verges, embankments, and feature flower abd shrub beds on roundabouts. Looking to move into forestry/ranger/conservation/regeneration work, or other specialist botanical/arborist roles in order develop further skills/qualifications and face new challenges. I've also several years hobbiest experience in bonsai, so there's some knowledge on the sciencey stuff regarding tree maintenance and health. CV & Contact info available on request. And can start immediately. (Unfortunately no drivers licence though, looking to go for the lessons and test once in stable employment) Thanks for reading! Any questions or suggestions on the above, then feel free to comment and we'll pick up from there! Best wishes, Kevin
  2. Names Ellis, 3+years as a groundsman, chainsaw cross cutting and maintenence ticket, CSCS card, I own all of my own ppe, helmet, chainsaw trousers and chainsaw boots. I can trim hedges to a high standard as I've learnt from the best, my felling is up to scratch, I can identify most common trees, my pricing is also good. I know what the climber needs before he shouts down, I know the difference between the chain oil tank and the petrol tank, I know that the petrol needs a 50/1 mix of 2 stroke, I can sharpen any size chainsaw. I'm an all round kind of person, give me a chance to get up a tree and I'll be up there in a flash, I'm determined to stay in this industry and would love a company to grow with. I can be contacted on 07722063131 or at [email protected] Thank you
  3. I am looking for a climber who can be given a worksheet and go out and do a good, reliable job! We drive vehicles that don't need pre-98. I will always try and give you everything you need and keep you happy. I cannot eradicate road rage for example, but I will buy you some fluffy dice. We are a young company and everything is going pretty well, we simply aim to be a good company and share in its success. I basically need a climbing machine who will happily go out and do 5 reductions in a week, OR go out and do 5 fells in a week. We naturally have a lot of driving because we are Londonwide, so the intensity of climbing is lower than on a council contract or local firm. We have a quarterly bonus scheme linked to company profit which has exceeded £1000 after tax, but we all have to work to capacity for it. We are expanding and growing, we pride ourselves on being friendly and RELIABLE, I do not want a jobsworth or a shirker, nothing drives me more crazy than someone doing as little as possible. I need someone motivated, and not someone who has just put 'motivated' on their CV Please call me, Tom, on 0208 540 9968 or send your CV to [email protected]
