  1. Hi guys, recently purchased a new mk2 550, brilliant saw, absolutely love it. Apart from a few teething issues, its works perfectly... but recently I noticed it was leaking chain oil from the oil pump, around the adjusting screw (pictured below). Ive looked on numerous websites about the slight issue but cannot find any information on the matter. It does not really bother me and I know that saws do leak oil anyway, but is this normal coming from there? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.
  2. Hi Guys. My first post on here. This week I decided that it was about time to get my own saw. In the end I settled for a Stihl 025 for £150, vgc from looking at it and running. I've noticed that on the front of the saw, to the left of the muffler (if looking towards the rear handle), there is a small rivet/screw type thing where I have oil leaking from. Does anyone know what this is, and is it an easy fix? Cheers. Rob.
