  1. Hi, I am looking for a climber/groundie. Full-time/part-time/employed/self-employed - i will consider anything for the right candidate. We are based in Rutland and undertake tree work, mainly for domestic customers, in Rutland and surrounding counties. Everything from pruning/felling/dismantling and stump-grinding to planting and some consultancy (we don't do a lot of hedge cutting!) We undertake mainly domestic tree work in and around Rutland with a very strong reputation and a loyal customer base. I am looking for someone with good attention to detail, punctuality, politeness with customers, and someone who is a team player. In return you will receive experience in a variety of tree works, work with a great team. You must have CS38, CS39, and a driving licence. Ideally I am looking for someone who can supply a minimum of two days a week (ideally more), and who is self-employed but I would consider employing the right person.   3. Hi Looking for a Crew leader level climber to join the team, must have minimum 3 years climbing and fully capable of all work. Ability to run a crew efficiently and safely. Driving license and NPTC's. Helpful if also have towing and Mewp. Must be able to aid in development of others in team.   5. Hi Looking for the right person to join the team. Skill set from 1 year climbing experience onwards up to fully experienced with crew leading experience. You must have a good worth ethic, a positive attitude around the work place and be keen to undertake work to the highest standards. Work will be in domestic sector and is all year round without lay offs. Saturdays also an option. Self employed preferred but full time employment an option. Salary self employed £90-£150 per day.   8. Hi all, I have just recently set up a LOLER Business. I am currently looking for new clients to take on in the East midlands area, covering from; Derbyshire [ north as bakewell] , Nottinghamshire, Down to j23 of the m1 and as north as j31 of the m1. Im able to do about 1-10 kits in a single session. I also carry out testing on rigging kit [excluding chains], collection and pickup of kit is a not an issue. All work is fully insured.
