Working on Western Powers Vegetation clearance works Coventry and Warwick patch We are currently looking for the following resources; Western Power Authorised HV cutters Western Power Authorised LV cutters (We will also consider individuals who just require refreshers on D746 or CBT qualifications) See Map below of area covered. Trainee Arborists Candidates will also be considered, who have Arboricultural experience but may not necessarily have all the qualifications required. Training would be provided to fill in the gaps.   5. Arborists / Team Leader wanted - Immediate Start available. Undertaking large scale contract arboriculture works for rail and highways. We are undergoing a period of rapid expansion and are looking for experienced arborists to join our teams. Candidates should be experienced and must work well within a team environment and under instruction. Minimum qualifications for standard applications for both Rail and Highways are NPTC CS30, 31, 38, 39 & 40 (41 is an advantage) and a CSCS site card for Highways and hold PTS for the Rail. A current first aid certificate, chipper certification and a full driving license with towing ability preferable. Arborists We are looking for experienced time served arborists to join our expanding Highways & Rail arboriculture teams working on highways and rail trackside vegetation clearances. Our teams work day and night shifts and we require additional team members with flexibility to work both. Arborist Team Leader In team leaders we look for the ability to lead by example with excellent communication skills. The skill set and requirements are as per a standard arborist but we look for people used to leading people with the knowledge to drive a team and meet targets.   7. Utility Climber position Nottinghamshire Utility Arborist Climber wanted Total Trees are established arboriculture contractors based near Nottingham. We undertake large scale contract arboriculture utility works, rail, construction, highways, site and ground clearance works for companies across the Midlands and are undergoing a period of rapid expansion. We are looking for an experienced confident and competent climber to join our Utilities team. Candidates must be experienced and work well within a team environment and under instruction ideally with previous experience on Western Power works. Minimum qualifications for standard applications are NPTC CS30, 31, 38, 39 & 40 (41 is an advantage) and UA1 to UA2.3 inclusive. A current first aid certificate, chipper certification and a full driving license with towing ability preferable. We are looking for an experienced time served climber to join our expanding Utilities arboriculture team working on Powerline vegetation clearance up to 33kV. Working on the Coventry and Warwickshire patch (approx an hours travel) We offer excellent rates of per pay depending on experience, competency and method of employment.   9. Check with your own LOLER Assessor for individual items, But ART do recommend it on some of their gear, it's in their manuals.
  10. Hi all, I have just recently set up a LOLER Business. I am currently looking for new clients to take on in the East midlands area, covering from; Derbyshire [ north as bakewell] , Nottinghamshire, Down to j23 of the m1 and as north as j31 of the m1. Im able to do about 1-10 kits in a single session. I also carry out testing on rigging kit [excluding chains], collection and pickup of kit is a not an issue. All work is fully insured.
