  1. Hi guys Has anybody got any other wheel fitted to their predator 50 stump grinder other than the Multi tip?? Please let me know.
  2. I'm looking for someone to come in and grind out 3 stumps for me as part of a larger job as hiring a grinder is too expensive for the size of job. You can either PM me or message me on 07766467020 Thanks, Steve
  3. NEW stump removal service, professional and reasonable rates, working from Ashford Kent, also available for freelance climbing with 15 years experience.
  4. Hi I've got a Vermeer 186 that has just seized. It had a kohler command 20hp in and I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible for me to replace it with a 25hp engine. Any advice would be great. Cheers
  5. Hi Guys, I’m Will Wood and I’m the new representative for Vermeer in North England and Scotland. As an arborist I have always had a keen interest in machinery so when Vermeer UK sent me off on my recent trip to the Vermeer EMEA headquarters in the Netherlands I was in my element! I have included some Photos of the trip as I though you guys might be interested in taking a look at some of the photos I took.

    Your Equipment

HI Guys, I recently visited Vermeer's EMEA Head offices in Holland where I met a good bloke called Jasper. Jasper is a student who is currently working towards his qualifications. He has prepared a survey that we would really appreciate if some professionals with good industry experience could help us out and take a few moments of your time to fill in for us, it doesn't take long at all, and, for your trouble you will be entered into a competition to win an original Vermeer Huddy please click on the large equipment form where the survey can be found. Cheers guys have a merry Christmas and a happy new year
  7. Any one got any other dealers for these engines, just waiting for Universal and Honda to give me a price. I phoned Honda, they say they don't make them, so... if I could jump the middle man, I could be quids in I did see them in the states for what works out to be £445.00 plus tax and shipping. Is it worth it doing it that way, does anyone need a cheap engine perhaps we can get a few in?
  8. Looking for stump grinder hire in the area, got a job coming up with some stumps that need removing, 10 in total all but 3 are between 1-2 foot and the rest are approx 3-4 foot. Had bad experience with stump busters before so this time thinking to rent as seen a few for a lot less than I can get stump busters in for, never know i may actually make a few pennies from it instead of handing work away. Saw a post about the predator p26 from beaver but as its in York wondering if anyone knows of anywhere I could hire one a bit closer? Seen the Camon C500 grinders that I can hire in Barnsley but just cant help think it would take an age to get through them all with such a small machine. Any input is much appreciated.
  9. Hello all, Looking at buying a Predator 50r stump grinder. Has anyone any experience with these machines? We would like to get any feedback that you have. Thanks
  10. Have been looking for a cheap Stump Grinder as a first machine and have seen a Vermeer SC130 for sale. I was wondering if anybody has used this machine and if it is any good compaired to similar budget machines such as the Rayco and the Husky equivalents. Also what the availability of replacement teeth from the likes of Saturn etc is like. thanks for your advice Paul
