What We’re Looking For: Proven climbing and rigging experience (minimum 3 years preferred) Experience with large tree fells and reductions Confident leading a team on-site and mentoring junior staff Strong knowledge of tree pruning, dismantling, and safe work practices NPTC/LANTRA qualifications Clean UK driving licence (trailer licence a bonus!)
