  1. Thanks spud I'll examine it closer and keep you posted.
  2. No I don't as I compared that to my 562 and thought something isn't right in that area.
  3. Good evening a bit of help is required. I've a 560xp that I start the usual way choke it fired, push lever down to fast idle, it fires and idles on that but when you blip the throttle nothing changes it's as if it's continuously on fast idle. Took exhaust off and lots of excess fuel there which is exactly as I suspected. Any help appreciated thank you
  4. I've rebuilt many a 346xp and ms260's so I do have a compression tester, pressure/vacuum tester, crank cases splitter etc so that work I'm not worried about. Jusneed that power/ throttle response which I'm sure could be unleashed by the right person. Thanks again
  5. OK thanks, maybe a muffler mod to begin with but shame it can't be done same time as my teardown to do bottom end.
  6. Ah right ok shame really would love to have it opened up. Think I need to tear it down as revs were raising yesterday when I laid her on the ground whilst clearing a huge beech. Any recommendations on someone? Done fancy sending it to the states for tinman to do 😄

  10. Any of you guys out there that can give me advice on the above saws non working g. I have a multimeter so I can use that at the switch connection but just need to know what to set it at and what readings I should get. Any more advice welcomed thanks
