    Hi,

I was going to say 'the best way to stop someone stealing your TW chipper is to paint it black and put Forst stickers on it!' But that would just be childish.

I use a tow ball lock, there are never going to stop a determined thief but they are cheap, small and might just stop an opportunist making off with it.

    Tree: Autumn blaze maple

I live in Saint Louis, MO.

My dogwood tree died last winter. And in
May 2023 I planted Autumn blaze maple.
When planting: I sprinkled gypsum, filled pit with water n waited for a day, used  good soil, fertilizer, tree ring, flare care, no root bound, watered everyday during hot summer, cleared the weed every month.

Last two weeks it rained almost every alternate day.

And now I see the leaves are wilting, curling, crispy, turning yellow, black tips, brown spots.
All my neighbors have green luscious foliage.

    Please check the pics.
    I’m very concerned. Need help.

You doing too much shit around poor tree, am afraid, just leave it alone and it will grow :

  5. Constantly dealing with multibelt mashines :matching set is paramount ,for years checking tension simple way take belt with tree fingers and try to turne it 90 degree you should nearly do that let’s say 80 degree, that tension is fine ,it is not very scientific but was done for generations in farm multibelt systems, and this method never let me down. New belts must be checked after couple of hours sometimes need to be adjusted , don’t forget pulleys can wear down as well ,and than must be replaced.

With a shorter stroke there's more revolutions. Perhaps thats why my step count is so high?

You are a man your stroke it’s bigger, she is only 160 cm ,smarthwatches have different activities presettings maybe watches think you are doing some cross fitness all day long, check settings .

    Not seeking conflict at all.

I was kinda agreeing with you.  I don’t believe someone uses that amount in a day for yard work.  Therefore it is an error in the watches part based on BMI, HR and steps.  It was highlighted that it will give a high number of steps based on hand movement.  So by that I read that most of the other estimations are slightly dubious.

That’s all I will say on the matter.
