  1. Got a 4 stroke long reach, best hedge cutter I've ever bought for the money. Never used the other stuff
  2. T540 mk2 for me, ms200 was my first love but the T540 is an impressive machine. Also got a small hyundai top handle as a back up / dirty job saw which for the price of £130 was a good buy considering the abuse its taken.

I agree I've subbed for a fair few firms that don't have anything at all and I always think it looks a bit rough. The rest I dont mind. I reckon it's a good advertising medium looking smart.

Evening chaps, how do we feel about staff uniforms. Both self employed subs (I understand the implications) and staff members. This includes hairstyles, tattoos, piercings. Any issues? Don't care, let the work do the talking? Or like everyone uniformed up, smart and professional looking?
  6. Any job where the customer has a cat. Nothing quite like cat poo on a rope.
  7. Yet again another hard working individual has been the victim of a targeted attack on his livelihood. A fair few large and small chainsaws, strimmers, stihl saw . Just a post to make sure we all double check our yards, vans, garages and sheds. It happens so often but we all get lax every now and then. Sad times.
  8. Sometimes it's about more than the money...
