  1. Just searched for winching and couldn't see. Does anybody here offer winch training in the South East/ Hampshire area?? is it a NPTC qual?? regard
  2. In summer I typically drink 9-11litres of water a day with tree work and training. To make my life harder I also do weights. Farmers walk with 90kg each arm is good for tree work and grip strength. I see its merits ( and also felt it) the bonuses of kicks but I've never really got on with K1/ TWDO. Boxing for stand up and BJJ for ground for me.
  3. Anybody train any fighting styles??? currently training for first white collar boxing and I also train BJJ. regards
  4. I maybe wrong but I didn't think you could sign a contract like that under 18? Would his parents have to indemnify him for any losses accuired?? Also if he is "owed" say 3.5k he is gonna spend 1500 chasing it not really gaining himself much. Apart from lost time away from business. He's better just finding another guy and training him up with just enough carrot and stick when required.
  5. Looking at a L200 and a small electric crane to bolt behind cab onto chassis to lift around 250kg a go. Anybody got/used one and what were the good and bad points you noticed?? cheers
  6. Hi guys many thanks for the advice. I've whacked out more practice and it's coming together. Much more refined then it was and it's gotten easier cheers
  7. Hello one and all. im new to climbing (under a year) but seem to have a issue with arm pump in the forearms using basic Prussik and line. I'm happy in the harness at height and do lean back and push hips up while moving Prussik up..... But I still get bad pump. Is it just lack of conditioning?? Thoughts welcome.
  8. Everybody seen the new Fast tractor laws coming in regarding Mogs?? https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/644424/introducing-roadworthiness-testing-fast-tractors-government-response-to-consultation.pdf
  9. Also check the ends of the shafts/CV joints. Make sure no grease leaking and bearings all good
