  1. Thanks for the info, I might have a look into volunteering for when I have a day spare, would love to do some work there! I'm about a 15 minute drive away so frequent the woods regularly.
  2. Hi Khriss, thanks for the reply! It's a Woodland Trust site so will have a chat with them. Hoped that whoever is out doing the cutting is on here! Cheers, Will
  3. Well it's a really nice little patch. Was hoping to let whoever know that I enjoy seeing their work as it contributes to my experience of a nice mooch
  4. Always enjoy going for a walk at Broxbourne when I've got some time off, and wondered if anyone on here had anything to do with the woodland management there? It's nice walking through and seeing what work they've been up to- lots of hornbeam coppicing in recent months!
  5. Turns out to be an injector that needs replacing, hoping that warranty will cover it! If the dealer wants to pick up the phone anyway.
  6. Hey Pete, thanks for your thoughts! This has all happened within a week of an MOT with no advisories or any faults. Aside from mentioning on the phone an injector issue, he also said there was a chance it was something to do with the ECU. I'll let y'all know what happens with it.
  7. I like your guess providing it just needs cleaning as opposed to replacing- more than the bloke at the mechanic's saying possibility of a fuel injector- albeit based upon my pretty rough description.
  8. Thanks for the response! That sounds possible (with my limited knowledge) - my fuel light had come on before filling up the other day, so I suppose some bottom of the tank nasties could be interfering?
  9. Hey guys - sorry to reboot/ hijack the thread. My 2010 4x4 ranger's engine management light has just come on during the drive home, accompanied with the whole vehicle shaking really violently when I'm not giving it full revs. The shaking was happening upon starting the vehicle this morning however. It was running as normal on saturday when I last drove, however I refuelled about 20 mins before getting home- could it be some bad fuel? It continued running fine for the drive back after fuelling. Booked it in for a diagnostic tomorrow morning, but have you guys got any thoughts on what it could be? I'm not that clued up on vehicle engines etc so this is worrying. Cheers!
  10. Enjoy using mine with the larger, more aggressive chain. Packs a punch that little unit. Haven't tried the Sugihara set-up, but runs beautifully with the Stihl.
  11. Morning all. Anyone in or around Golders Green on 20/03, and have 45 minutes they're looking to fill? Small Hawthorne stump in a back garden needs grinding out in order to accommodate a shed base being set there. The grinder must be narrow enough to fit through a standard doorway as it's a through the house jobbie. Unless it's tiny enough to be moved down a 60cm alley?! Fortunately no need to worry about mess through the house as the building is derelict. There's £80 on it. I'll be on site to help with moving the grinder, and I'll do the clean-up afterwards so you can get on with your day. If you're interested let me know. Will
