I believe I planted a Quercus coccinea there, but for some reason, what is growing is definitely something else. What can it be ? A Juglans nigra ? Some sort of Carya (like Carya cordiformis) ?

Is this tree an Acer hyrcanum, or just Acer campestre ? Or another one ?

This tree sapling looks like a sorbus (Sorbus aria or thibetica perhaps), but the leaf veins do not match, so, I was thinking it could be something else, like Malus tschonoskii . Any idea ?

It's a 5-meter tall tree, the picture were taken in June in a park in Ireland.

I think it's a nothofagus, but I am not sure what species. You can see the leaves and bark ; it's a 15-meters tall tree, in a park in Ireland.

Could it not be Toxicodendron vernicifluum instead ? The fruits look more like it.

Well, I am quite used to Griselinia littoralis, even as a tree, and it does not look the same as the plant I am asking about. The leaf underside of the latter is really whitish, and the bark does not match. I wondered whether this mystery tree would be another species of Griselinia, but I have found nothing matching.
