    Have you opened the tanks out and physically checked the condition of the belts ? I would carefully try levering down the belt tensioner pulley to make sure the tensioner assembly isn't siezed ? This is the most common no-stress issue on a Quadchip.

    Hi Chris , Is the alternator belt tight ? Are the flywheel drive belts in good condition and tight ? (Make sure they are as the tensioner can sieze). Jase.
