I'm looking at buying some forestry tongs/hooks, do i go for the biggest tong width? Do i go for a better handle? Or do I go with what i know which is x makes good quality equipment. Any help would be greatly appreciated

That's a bit harsh, how is he going to learn without selling himself out to another company or jumping in at the deep end? Surely learning on the job, possibly making a slight loss and being able to come out the other side with knowledge is better than not taking the risk in the first place? Oh dear.. second post aggravated response doesn't bode well...

Hello! Relatively new to this whole arboriculture thing but getting my Maintenance, cross cutting and Arial rescue soon. Got a background forestry degree and just acquired my first chainsaw! Exciting stuff.. Looking forward to being active after stalking the entire forums for a month or so
