MS230 -- great little saw. Has the fuel pipe been replaced? They always perish.

Yeah, you lot are rather relentless once you take umbrage as a nation.
Yep, that's arbtalk for you. Speaks for the UK as a whole (That's irony btw.)

Air pots are great but I would echo comments on watering. You have to keep your eye on them. They dry quickly -- big soil/air interface -- and are difficult to re-wet without submersion because the pots leak like a sieve.

Tranny.
Surely you backpack all your gear and run between jobs?

One, but at 6'7" and 300lbs, he was a bit overly fond of pole saws!
That's a BMI of 34. Obese. But you can tell him:laugh1:

Dropout rate from SEAL training is around 80%. So eight of 10 >selected< for training couldn't hack it. Comparable to swinging around in a tree? Nah.

Dip their navels in iodine.

A couple of hundred quid. Move on. Time is money.

Don't know about ibidder but for proxy bids through auction houses you must, in my experience, have provided notarised, photo ID.

Problem here is that you haven't actually suffered a loss. You've missed out on what seemed like a bargain but you haven't paid any money. And, as stated, eBay cannot force the seller to sell the item because, in the absence of payment, it still belongs to the seller.
There is a breach of contract but it's going to cost you money to pursue the claim and you may or may not recoup your costs.

Desert Hawk head and Vortex line. You might be able to run 3mm.

Keep it simple:
50% of course price due at time of booking (or full price due if course date within six weeks or sooner).
Remaining balance collected six weeks before course.
No refunds after full balance paid.
(Adjust figures/intervals to suit.)
If you clearly state your terms on website/in brochure, no one can quibble .

Small compact tractors will bog down on big timber but operators can nurse it through the blade which will help a lot.
And needless to say, a sharp blade makes a heap of difference.
-
For the time being at least i have no intention on buying a processor, its just the saw bench i need to speed processing logs up.
thinking more for ease of moving said tractor about, maybe a 25hp kubota/iseki or yanmar then?
Yes, meant to say the Eagle is a good PTO saw with a screw splitter on the side
25hp plenty.

I wish mine would flower.
A very shapely tree. Incredible rate of growth and often coppiced to encourage even bigger leaves.
-
We ran a Hakki Eagle on a 14 hp Kubota for a while. As you might expect it would struggle on a 40cm dia. lump of elm but we put tonnes of mixed hardwood through it up to approx. 30cm.
The Hakki Eagle has to be one of the best vfm small processors available. And you can pick up a compact tractor for sensible money if you keep your eyes open. I would though go for something at 18hp+.

Nobody else suspect that this may be a wind up? Or am I the dullard for mentioning it and spoiling the joke?
For sure. And note link is to a lifestyle mag:001_rolleyes:

I would prefer a flail over a topper. The flail will still hammer lodged stuff including wheelmarks and the 'finer' chop is better for regrowth.
Put some sheep on it after to tidy up.

As above, visit nurseries and arboretums. It's also good to learn idents in all seasons so consider all features: bark, buds, leaves, flowers and fruit.
-
SBK will do the job fine. It's safe on grass and as it's a consumer product you don't need a CoC.
Pastor, Grazon, Hammer etc are all professional products.

Like that's a 2 minute job.....
I know I know. And needless to say the accountant should be doing it not TCD!

As an aside why is your quarter March to May ? I presumed everyone's ran the same Jan-March May-June and so on
When you register for VAT it's up to you to state the period that your first return will cover. The subsequent quarters just follow from that.
