  2. Well I don't no if any one else has had this problem but my detail sander just did it's own firework display in my hand! Not cool Anyone near essex got a orbital or belt sander I can borrow
  3. Hey, Excuse my ignorance, but how do you make a solid butchers block?? Like how do you get a block of wood that large that dry??
  4. I think I will do a table but just need to construct a base for it now, just so damn heavy!
  5. Yeah i think it does void warranty but just dont mention it! Also i think the replacment scheme they do doesnt actually have any thing to do with warranty. I replaced the father in laws iphone 3G for a new one a few months back and that was well past its warranty
  6. Ok so it weights about 70-80kg and its about 30in across and 4inch deep
  7. Tony Derbyshire in Hamshire is top notch and accomodation is arranged. If you want to stick local, Capel Manor in Enfield or writtle college in chelmsford.
  8. Only thing they dont accept is water damage.
  9. Have you considered taking it into apple and paying £120 for a replacment? Doesnt have to be in warranty for that. Cheaper than buying a new one.
  10. Hey, A few months back, like 6 months or so, i posted a picture of a huge oak disk that i was going to do something with. Well ive been sanding it and sanding it and i let it dry etc now its time to finish it and actually make it into something... I just dont know what!? i have a picture of it un finished because its to dark now to take another but you get the idea. Table seems so original, is there anything else?
  11. I work for a massive company and its great. Ive worked for a small outfit and a medium outfit but i've never been happier than now working for a big company. I guess its all down to your personal preference
