(hopefully) Haha my girlfriend always says its like man love on a massive scale, which i can see (untill they beat your face in) well what does it all come down to? you can only strike for so long untill you get some crazy wrestler who will take you to the ground. Then BJJ is all you have! plus i dont like being punched lol

  10. I know UPM Till hill are heavily into Biomass and wood chip. Also stobarts and boomeco also jenkinsons who are stobarts I believe. Would be something I would love us to get into, Biomass is the future!
  11. You just need to phone and get an isolation on that section of line, they give you a time slot and away you go. Not much trouble at all. I personally wouldn't add extra time into the job for that purpose, just part of the job!
  12. Amazing! Definatly a future project of mine!
  13. Hey Alex, I think perennial is possibly the most relevant to Arb as it's horticulture. I've never actually seen a dedicated/Arb associated charity!
  14. Yeah sounds about right. Better than buying a new phone though right?
  15. Yes have looked into this already. Really just wanted to see what Arb Talk was involved in. All charity is obviously worth while of course.
  16. Very true. And who doesnt love donkeys?
  17. Thanks Steve, If childrens trust is something that you are directly involved in then that is something we may possibly want to be involved in aswell. Air ambulance is actually very releveant, having been at a site where one was needed! Thanks Steve for that. If anyone else thinks of anymore relevant charitys then please post here.
  18. Obviously the childrens trust is a very worth while charity that we all know about. Is that something Arb Talk is involved with?
  19. Guys, Ground Control is looking to give to a charity relevant to Arb Talk and the Arb industry. Was just wondering what ideas you guys had about what charity that could be or is relevant to Arboriculture and its industry. Or is there even a charity that Arb Talk is involved in directly? Anything is helpful. Thanks in advanced. Ryan Stanbrook Ground Control Ltd Arb Rail Supervisor
  20. Ring the local zoo?
  21. I guess though your looking at £100-£300 for a decent block
  22. Now that's a very valid point!
  23. Seriously all jokes apart it's actually ok as firewood as long as it's dry.
  24. Make sure it's well dried, it burns hot and fast. Perfectly acceptable as firewood. But to answer your original question, how does it burn? Well, typically it's a chemical reaction between oxygen and some type of fuel, in this case, willow wood. So after the wood has ignited from a reliable heat source, it heats up, at around 300F it started to break down, and that's how ash is formed. Hope this answers all your questions
  25. Possibly intrested. Need a new sander first, mine exploded today
