  1. Valve system in a 2-stroke is simply not a good idea! Stihl will replace it with some thing better soon, buy a km56r power unit and shaft, slide the head on and away you go! Far more reliable.......and cheap to convert :0)
  2. Ms390 is a big semi pro plastic chainsaw saw! Leave it alone as you will only ruin it.
  3. Easy to do, just need to cut exhaust cover slightly as well
  4. Exactly! I sold lots of the very first husq335 and all of them went wrong, major carb issues plus oil pump is in crankcase Not easy to clean out and service, spark plug wrong place, air filter wrong place etc,, it tried and it failed! and all the other models that followed as well! The stihl ms201t is the BEST chainsaw provided you use stihl chain oil!! Believe it or not, it acts as Coolant rather than a lubricant and now there is not a lot being pumped on the chain, OREGAN chain oil is not good enough! A little tweak that I've recently been doing to the stihl 201T is drilling 8mm hole in the exhaust, makes it rev-up far quicker and with a well sharpened chain! Cutt like fook :0)
  5. Hi, the reason it wont run properly is it designed to run in america! not the uk, cracks me up how many people have brought these off ebay
