Can anyone give a rough idea how much a walnut trunk is worth please? It is 8' tall, 20" diameter, straight trunk and needs to be collected. Is there anyone or any companies near Ipswich who I could contact who may be interested in buying it? Thanks

Did this job a few weeks ago and the landowner wanted the tree left on site but they have now asked for it to be removed. It is too far for me to collect and process so if anyone is local to Boston Spa and would like it let me know. As you can see from the pics you need some equipment to move it, it is currently cut into 3ft pieces, circumference is about 9ft. Reply here or pm if interested

Thanks for your comments guys, it was taken form a yard about 2 mins from j26 off the M1. It is a Timberwolf 190 tracked machine on an Indespension trailer. Maybe someone will hear something, I won't hold me breath though

Is there nothing we can do to protect our stuff?????? The chipper was in a secure yard completely off the beaten track, they came with bolt croppers and god knows what to get through the gates. Taken last night, found out this morning
