  1. Is treestuff the only place you can get those singing tree quickies? I'm keen to get one but at £36 for postage!. It pretty much doubles the cost of the item. It's such a small item too. I use to get vinyls from America and it never use to cost that much postage.
  2. I think you need to realise that the 201tcm is a lot better than the old 201, and I think a lot of people are saying it's rubbish as there talking about the old version. Ours has got lots of power, doesn't bog down in cut, and it is very reliable. I really like it.
  3. this is the stage mines at. Still grips really well. I was just concerned about it.
  4. Oh bloody hell, I got a while then as its only just appearing. So when should I get a new wear pin for it then? did you just keep getting new wear pins for it?
  5. Main anchor bridge as your side loading your side d's when hanging off them
  6. Hi there, Just reviving this thread. My spider jacks started to wear through to the pin. only had it about 10 months. Does this mean I need to be getting a new body for it soon, as it ain't cheap.
  7. Yeah I did my 41 earlier on in the year and they still teach you to just to use the rope. 2 clove hitches spaced out along the branch , then back up to the rope and tie a bowline which forms a triangle. In my ISA art & science rigging book it has a method of using a separate peace of rigging rope(say 7meters) running bowlines at each end on to the branch, the use a prussic loop in the middle of that peace of rope. Then you can find the perfect balancing point.
  8. The dawn redwoods one of my favourites too
  9. Liriodendron tulipifera- tulip tree. Liquidambar styraciflua- sweet gum Acer griseum- paperbark maple
  10. We use harkie smocks and there hi viz and conform with hi ways. There can be a bit sweaty at times. They keep most of the water out tho.
  11. Is it brand new or second hand? Sometimes I find You have to sit back in to it quite hard, especially when using a foot ascender.
