  1. I generally set them so you can twist around 90 degree's
  2. Bad luck but atleast your back chipping now! Re feed roller issue I'd pull off the motor and check the splines out, if they look ok then double check if the motors are the same, if so swap the motors over and see if the problem moves to the bottom feed roller. Chances are if the motor Is at fault it'll be leaking internally and maybe able to get it repaired my a hydraulics company. On a later GM I worked on recently we had a feed roller problem and it turned out to be over greased! The grease couldn't escape and made the feed roller hard to turn! We enlarged the grease channel and perfect. I'm not saying that's your problem here but check your basic stuff before spending £
  3. I know of a second hand Cs100 at chipper dealer for sale. Arb 130 is an awesome bit of kit for the entry road tow hydraulic market. However RRP is £10,900 but if you have enough work to justify one it's well worth it.
  4. Nice to meet you today Tim.
  5. I'm afraid it involves part exchanging and buying a GreenMech. Sadly it's the only way to overcome your stress control problem..... Hehe
  6. Re disc blades. 150 hours between sharpening on each blade. 2 additional sets with the machine so what's not to like?! Have you actually used disc blades? GM sharpen them for peanuts too! Can drop them into your local dealer to sort out or post direct.
  7. Get the both on demo! If you order a GM delivery will be 14 weeks unless there is dealer stock. Look at my feedback I've listed earlier in the thread.
  8. Are you in Frome?! Can drop an 18hp CS100 in for a demo no bother.
  9. TW240... 15 litre fuel tank (to get weight down) Only 4 lock out points on turntable Very high machine, feedback is that small material falls back out the infeed due to being angled downwards to get working height correct. Exhaust doesn't exit through discharge chute Discharge chute doesn't fold down The above is feedback from TimberWolf users that have changed to GreenMech and had TW240 and QC160 demos back to back
  10. I Could be interested in sponsoring?!
  11. And what diesel British engine would you fit over the pretty much industry standard Kubota diesel lump. Fit another lesser known brand and straight away you loose sales because of the spec on paper.
  12. Was about to say, there not expensive for genuine!
  13. I live in Devizes, Will keep my ears out for you.
  14. I have an Arborist 150 26hp which has done 150 hours. GM warranty, serviced etc and a nice saving from RRP to be had.
